tlug: Tomorrow! TLUG "nomikai" Meeting

It seems that Tengu was reformed, with the interior remodeled 
(less tables, more tatami rooms). It was difficult to convince 
them to take reservations for the usual TLUG crowd, but after
some negotiation with the manager, we got the following deal: 
reservations were made for 21 persons, from 7:00PM til 9:00PM, 
under the following conditions:
   * we'll have to leave exactly at 9PM
   * there will be no room for more than 21 persons
