tlug: Japanese Eterm

Greets,

I am running Japanese RedHat 5.2.
Eterm is running on my machine, but I have discovered that I didn't compile it
for Japanese language support.

Could someone explain where I can get the necessary files and how to go about
compiling for J language support?
