Yeah, that caught my eye too:

	9. Audit Right: PHT has the right to audit your use of the
	Software to ensure compliance with the terms of this
	License. If you use the Software beyond the term of this
	License or in a way not permitted by this License, you will
	be required to pay PHT then-current standard license fees
	for the Software.

I wonder how they plan to implement that--surprise inspections,
or automatic monitoring software that transmits non-compliance
audit data to PHT via Internet?
