tlug: Anti-spam measures in effect

If this message makes it through the mail server, then our nifty anti-spam
measures are working.

To post to the tlug list, one must be subscribed to the tlug-post list.  A
simple email to majordomo@example.com with a body text of "subscribe
tlug-post" will suffice.

I've added all of the current tlug subscribers to tlug-post.
