I'm not capable, and I don't much trust anyone else either.  Nobody
who has had personal interaction with Bruce Perens or RMS for sure.
Those are all objective facts (it is the fact that "I don't much
trust," and "definitely not after interaction with BP or RMS" are my
opinions).  The rest of my reply is on -advocacy.

If you're interested in licenses specifically, the Open Source people
have a mailing list (on the "free-ish" side) and there is also the
"Free Software Business" list maintained by Crynwr (on the "if
lawyer's kids can go to Stanford, why not mine too?" side).  (I forget
how to subscribe offhand, if anyone's interested let me know and I'll
look it up.)
