Yep.  Actually, the config tool doesn't deal with the xkeyboard stuff well
at all.

11  Enter your own horizontal sync range

 5  Enter your own vertical sync range

Looks okay to me.  This is with 3.3.x (there is no way that my boss will
let me run 3.9 on a production workstation ;)
