joe reminds me of wordstar, and is my favorite 'word processor',
which for me only consist of text editing.  If you want 
something to edit config files though, I wouldn't recommend it,
because it defaults to word wrap.  Other than that, it's okay,
but has a fairly steep learning curve.  Pico is the easiest.
