tlug: Akihabara in Korea?

Hi all,

I am planning a trip to Seoul with my friends in the Net.
Is there a place similar to Akihabara in Seoul or its suburb?
I heard names of town "Yongsan" and "Chongro" and wonder how
they are organised.
