tlug: "Premature end of script headers"?

Which FM should I read for the following?

When I try to access some of my CGI-scirpts I get an internal server
error message: "Premature end of script headers"

To me these scripts don't look so different from the ones that work ...
but there must be a difference, what could be the problem? Where could I
have a look?
