As this keeps coming up, and people think of "tlug" as the main club list
(ie. the place where they go for a sense of community), how about killing
advocacy and creating "tlug-technical" for technical questions. Then the
main list is for chat, advocacy, news, general advice, etc.

Judging from recent posts that would give the two lists about equal number
of posts.
