tlug: tlug needs you

Hi all,

TLUG needs volunteers, especially listmasters! 

AFAIK we need volunteers to be listmaster for the main tlug list
and advocacy. We also need a volunteer to be the new
administrative contact person for the tlug.gr.jp registration.

A group like this can't grow without people donating their
time...
