I used to do it all the time and it works just fine, but since Windows
tech questions are totally off-topic, I have no further comment on making it
work under Windows :-). I see no reason why it shouldn't work under Linux,
though, since that is just ordinary fax dialing and ISDN doesn't really enter
the picture (that is, the fax software neither knows nor cares what's on the
other side of the fax modem).  So just fire up your favorite Linux fax
software and have at it.
