Hi, I use box TA (for async line) and PC-card TA (for sync line). You must read a TA's manual, and ask the IPS what kind line a type(async/sync). Moreover, once the TA fails, I cannot get it to work again >without > Lance> <shudder> rebooting. You should use init parm for suiltable parms for async/sync line. >You _did_ rebuild the kernel with IDSN support (in the kernel or via a module), >didn't you? The TA looks like a modem for kernel or via module. -- | Kazuyuki Okamoto <ikko-@example.com> | http://www.st.rim.or.jp/~ikko-/XF332/DocIndex.html | http://www.st.rim.or.jp/~ikko-/XF331/DocIndex.html | XFree86 Docs in Japanese | PGP Key fingerprint = 56 D2 1E 57 22 12 3B 3C AB 36 55 37 23 27 F0 61 ---------------------------------------------------------------- Next Nomikai: 20 November, 19:30 Tengu TokyoEkiMae 03-3275-3691 Next Technical Meeting: 12 December, 12:30 HSBC Securities Office ---------------------------------------------------------------- more info: http://tlug.linux.or.jp Sponsors: PHT, HSBC Securities
