Probably, but I'm expecting a fairly slow pace.  Netscape and MS both produce
browsers that will knock themselves out trying to interpret and render the
most astonishingly broken HTML.  To their credit, they do a pretty good job,
but I wish they didn't.  I think they would more profitably spend their
programmer hours making the browser support the whole HTML 4.0 specification,
and rejecting broken pages, so that the author would have to go bck and fix
the problems.

Speaking of which, has anybody tried the release version of Communicator 4.5?
Does it implement more of HTML 4.0?
