You might try K Tech (my best guess; it's only written in katakana as
 ケイテク).  The Phone number is 03-5296-7241.  It's run by an old guy who
buys a lot of used Sun and other stuff at trade auctions and sells it at
fairly reasonable prices (e.g., SS10, 128 meg, 1 GB disk, 24-bit video card
for 110,000 yen).  I bought an SS2 there once, and later bought a disk in an
external Sun box.  If he has the memory you need, it will probably be at a
decent price.
