tlug: weird perl error

My webserver is giving me an internal server error on all my perl-based
cgi scripts, and I've never seen this error before:

perl: (LAZY) can't handle reloc type R_386_GOTOFF [Mon Oct  5 05:27:38
1998] access to /usr/lib/www/cgi-bin/tlj_support.pl failed for
genie.doshisha.ac.jp, reason: Premature end of script headers


Any ideas what this is??
