tlug: Bound Gimp manual?

Does anybody know if it's possible to buy a printed and bound Gimp manual?
The PDF is about 600 pages, and even if it was cooperating with my printer
(it ain't), I don't know if I'd want to take the time, and the cost of ink
and paper would take me close enough tothe price of a book to make it not
worth the effort. If anybody knows of an Gimp books at all, give me a
shout. I've crawled all over gimp.org and sites linked off of it and
drawn a blank.

TIA,

Jonathan

P.S. Yes, I'm not very fond of the Gimp and it seems to do some things
poorly indeed (kiss all your smoothing and blurring goodbye when you make
index an image to turn it into a .gif, for example), but I also hate
rebooting into Windows every time I need a graphic, so it would be nice to
find ways around some of the problems I have with Gimp. Of course, I
especially dislike the UI, but I'm sure they won't change it just for me
:-)
