You're durn tooting I wasn't. What I use is a crude groff/troff/nroff style markup to cut the key-strokes and fol-de-rol. For example to put in a picture I have: #pic frog In the HTML file this becomes: <P ALIGN=CENTER><IMG SRC="frog.gif"></P> In the LaTeX file it becomes: \vspace{1cm}\centerline{\epsfbox{frog.ps}} Similarly, to have an ordered list labelled a, b, c.. I have: #olst a #li whatever #olet In HTML this becomes: <OL type="a"> <LI>whatever </OL> And in LaTeX: % At the front of the file ... \newcounter{olst1} ... \begin{list}{\alph{olst1}.}{\usecounter{olst1}\setlength{\rightmargin}{0mm}} \item whatever \end{list} And so on. In the unlikely event of anyone else actually wanting to use this, you are welcome to the source and a brief doc file. It's in C.
