How about a デスクのファン? :)  (desktop fan)

I had one of these clipped to the case of my server back in the USA.  It
actually kept it cool enough that it never crashed.  Before fan, crash.
After fan, no crash.  Looked really stupid, but it did work.  Although,
that might not solve the humidity problem.  Probably what you should do is
explain to your boss that humidity == no backups.  no backups == if the
hard disk dies, so does your data, sir.
