Buying a product that uses the Neomagic chip makes Neomagic happy.  They
won't see any advantage to releasing programming specs if people buy the
equipment anyway.  This is XFree86's main objection to that RE'd Neomagic
driver.

We want to punish the companies that aren't nice to us, and reward the
companies that are ;)
