With ISDN TA and Serial cable. 
The Cisco serial(HB-60) to TA(DB25) is needed.
e.g. from Black Box catalog,
	EHC130-0006, RS232 cisco cable, 6ft., 16,880yen

and you will look for normal INS64 TA 
(e.g. NEC Aterm IT55) that can use sync 64k mode.
