I haven't used any [except those on demo in shops], or done any comparisons, but last night I was in Media Valley (Machida) and happend to see the new Apple Studio Display (15.1" diagonal viewable - TFT display). I was surprised by the quality/brightness/colour of the image. If only it was a tad cheaper ...... Also the transucent blue might clash with other beige h/w ...... you'd need to buy a translucent kybd and mouse to match it ;) > Would such a monitor coexist with my ELSA Winner 2000PRO/X? It supports (amongst other modes): 1024 x 768 at 60Hz, 70Hz, 74.9Hz or 75Hz. So I would imagine that it would work. Not sure if it has 15 pin D-sub to 15 pin mini D-sub converter included. As a bonus it has composite and s-video inputs [but they might only be NTSC] http://www.apple.com/displays/studio/ tim :) -------------------------------------------------------------- Next Nomikai: 18 September, 19:30 Tengu TokyoEkiMae 03-3275-3691 Next Meeting: 10 October, Tokyo Station Yaesu central gate 12:30 -------------------------------------------------------------- Sponsor: PHT, makers of TurboLinux http://www.pht.co.jp
