tlug: Wnn and Canna conversion dictionaries

Does anybody know if there is a tool for editing/adding entries to the
kana-kanji lookup dictionaries for Wnn6 or Canna?  Or if not, has anybody
manually edited these?

Ideally, this tool would be a nice floating toolbar, but I'll settle for
whatever I can get :-)

Any source of an English-language cheat sheet on doing this would also be
appreciated.
