tlug: acrobat reader

Hi,
I just installed the acrobat reader 3.01 for Linux and all I get when
I try to start it is a window with "Segmentation Violation Caught."
and an "Unable to initialize user interface.". Does anybody know what
the problem could be. The libraries the executable needs are all
there:
        libreadcore.so => not found
        libpfs.so => not found
        libagm.so => not found
        libXt.so.6 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libXt.so.6 (0x4000b000)
        libXext.so.6 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libXext.so.6 (0x40049000)
        libX11.so.6 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so.6 (0x40053000)
        libm.so.5 => /lib/libm.so.5 (0x400e4000)
        libdl.so.1 => /lib/libdl.so.1 (0x400ed000)
        libc.so.5 => /lib/libc.so.5 (0x400f0000)
        libSM.so.6 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libSM.so.6 (0x401b2000)
        libICE.so.6 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libICE.so.6 (0x401ba000)
The not found ones are the ones provided with the reader and the path
to them is set in the acroread script.

Any ideas?
