tlug: Japanese extensions on Sparc

Had anybody successfully compiled the Japanese extensions for Sparc,
especially Xemacs with Mule in it?  A lot of source RPMs haven't built
successfully on my RH 5.1 machine, and I don't have anything like the
knowledge to fix that, so I'm sort of hoping someone who does has actually
done it :-)
