You don't need that anymore ! In the times of alliances like
GRIC or Ipass you just use any provider available in the area
you happen to be who is also member of such an alliance. If your
provider isn't member with any, you can become an individual
member of Ipass. Check their website for more details
( www.ipass.com ).

BTW, we ( OberlandNet ) will join Ipass soon and we also will
offer roaming dialins ( we cover Munich and the region south of
it ).
