There are some alpha drivers at http://www.suse.de/XSuSE/index.html#sis I tried them on an ASUS SP97-XV. They work (very unstable) with low resolutions. Most of the higher resolutions produce no signal at all. So, they are not really usable yet. But I guess this is the first place where newer drivers will show up.
