tlug: mail problems

Someone, I think Karl-Max, recommended I check my DNS...  Duh, that was it,
but the probem is that I don't know how to set that up.

I was thinking it was sendmail, or fetchmail, but they both hick-up on
finding my pop mail servers...  DNS right?  I have maintained pre-installed
DNS systems, but never started it from scratch.  The RedHat Control Panel
looks like it could lead me in the right direction if I knew what to put for
the different fields...  For instance, whose nameserver should I use?
Should I use my ISP? by IP number 202.219.223.27? or by mb.infoweb.ne.jp?
(no intent to sell infoweb at all, they just happen to be my ISP because I
am in the boonies).
