tlug: Minami (South) Osaka Linux User's Group: to start or not???

I just wanted to know if anyone has an oppinion on whether I should get
excited about starting a South Osaka group or not. I think it would be more
of a "get to know Linux" "evangelism" group more than anything.

Ideas, problems, setbacks, things to avoid?

TIA,
