Well, I was thinking along the lines the linux is rather big in the U.S.
right?
With the comparable size of programmers yes?
This new and rather mean legislation will stop programmers, not only for
linux, from being able to hunt for security hole in software.  IE:
rootshell's and bugtrax and etc... job - discover, disclose, and repair
security errors in software.
This is important to you right?  I know that it is to me.
That is it, you decide.

BTW. this is not only a U.S. problem as the treaty has been signed by other
countries as well, granted Japan is not on the bandwagon yet.  But then
again the Japanese Government almost never steps in on something until it
has been well established.
