tlug: ftp.kernel.org mirror

Hi,
does anybody know a fast and up to date mirror of ftp.kernel.org here
in japan. I need to get the new 2.1.105 kernel to check something
concerning my pcmcia cardbus controller. I tried the mirror at PHT but 
they are a little behind. I would also like to try the new 2.0.34
which is out now. Unfortunately, my connection to ftp.kernel.org is
very slow.
