uudeview grabs it out of your mail file without caring for
headers or the like. It is automatic to the point that it
recognizes encoded stuff by content, finds out which encoding
scheme has been used and decodes it. It even has a nifty
graphical interface. Visit:

and grab it. It's worth it. It's even available for Win95.
