At least, DOS 2.0 is. I've heard that DOS 1.0 is completely different.. DOS 2.0 is basically the same (as far as the interface goes) as the current "DOS 7.0 (aka Win95/NT)" UI. So, it seems like a 'commandline UNIX for beginners' gone amok. Then again, let's see you run *any* kind of UNIX, even ones available in 1980, on a 4.77MHz 8-bit processor with 640K of ram (maximum) and no hard drive ;) -------------------------------------------------- Scott M.
