I have one, but that's like my lifesaver so I can not give it away even
for money ;-)

I'm pretty sure you will find it in Akiba since they sell about
everything (and Windoze also supports a kind of PLIP link). It's
probably faster if you go to one of the big shops in Akiba and get one.

I don't remember how much I paid and anyway I didn't buy it here in
Japan. But I think it was about 2000 Yen.
