Hi,
I've created the tlug-admin mailing list.

Information on the purpose of the list and method of subscribing
are at:

as well as a few other major announcements from the past.

Tokyo Linux Users Group Administrative Mailing List.
This is an open list to all TLUG members that wish to volunteer
time and help TLUG reach and set goals.  

There are two main lists for the Tokyo Linux Users Group:
1) tlug@example.com, 2) tlug-admin@example.com

This is the main list and should be used for general discussions 
on Linux, Japanese support of Linux, Linux events near Tokyo, 
meeting announcements, software related to Linux, Linux development,
where to buy Linux goods, general direction of TLUG, philosophy or
policy of TLUG, relationship of TLUG to other groups, 
and any other Linux or TLUG discussions of general interest.

This is a list for people that want to volunteer their time.
Discussions should focus on subjects specific to TLUG administration.  
For example, what type of food to have at meetings, how to promote
TLUG, arranging speakers, arranging funds at nomikais.
This is not about the philosophy of Linux or about the 
general direction of TLUG.  These topics should be discussed
on the main list.  The tlug-admin list should be used for
logistics planning and reaching quick decisions on TLUG
administrative matters.
