OK, I think I found the problem.  The installer uncompresses pcmcia.cgz to
get the pcmcia files that it needs, but I forgot to make the symlink from
gzip to gunzip, so the pcmcia.cgz couldn't get uncompressed... I'll try to
have a new supp.img available by anonymous FTP sometime today, so you can
give it another go (Stephen and Bruce, at least...)
