There is a glibc patch by Yoshiyama-san.

I'm doing a big upgrade again tonight.  My system is just too
sick after the glibc6 upgrade.   Can you get XEmacs20.4 or 
Emacs20.2 to display Japanese inside of a kterm or kon?
I can't.


One other thing, when you use mew, can I set the reply so that it
just replies to the reply-to field by default and does not reply
to sender automatically?  It is inserted both fields in now and 
I have to delete one of them.
