I was using a Buslogic 946c adapter, and had no problems. so the cdwrite binary that comes with Xcdroast will handle 4x burns? Interesting. I thought only cdrecord handled 4x burns. cdrecord, IMHO, is much better than cdwrite. has some really nice features, plus it supports more drives. I may someday make a perl/Tk frontend for it (kind of like xcdroast...), but I'm swamped right now :) BTW - I still need 6 or 7 more beta testers for TL 1.9Beta. > > -Joe > > Joe Marchak > joem@example.com > > --------------------------------------------------------------- > Next TLUG Meeting: 11 April Sat, Tokyo Station Yaesu gate 12:30 > Featuring Tague Griffith of Netscape i18n talking on source code > --------------------------------------------------------------- > a word from the sponsor: > TWICS - Japan's First Public-Access Internet System > www.twics.com info@example.com Tel:03-3351-5977 Fax:03-3353-6096 > -------------------------------------------------- Scott M.
