One of the best places to get books in Tokyo is in your mailbox. :-)
I've had great luck ordering from http://www.bookpool.com/ and having
the books DHLed to my door.  Orders on Friday seem to arrive the following
Monday or Tuesday.  If you are buying two or more books, you can often
beat the local price, even including air shipping.
