Wow,
that was fast.  Great.  I'm having some problems looking
at http://abcb.ml.org/~thb/jp/cathedral-paper-jp.html  in 
Netscape Communicator 4.04.   It's not detecting the encoding
properly and the text is not readable.   Can you see the text
properly on your system?
