Sort of. That's what the "Multiple device option" of the Linux
kernel is about. It allows you to combine several physical disks
like one big disk with the sum of their capacities. you don't
have control about what winds up where, but it makes life a lot
easier in putting all those old small disks populating your
basement to good use.
