Hi, 

I've been told by Ucida Masatomo that one can find 

PJE CD-ROM in "Linux Japan vol.7" (1700Y)

and 

JE in "Infomagic 6-CD Set 98/1"  (2800Y)

Maybe Craig would like to add this information to his 
server for people looking for a CD-ROM with japanese fonts.
