Look in ftp.dialnet.net:/pub/linux/aic7xxx -- driver 5.0.9 was recently
released.  Reportedly it works very well, except when it doesn't (known
problems with 5.0.8 include sudden fallback to SYNC transfers when Zip
drive is accessed).

Haven't tried it myself.
