tlug: ADMIN: majordomo administrivia

Hi,
I've turned off the Administrivia flag on majordomo to allow
words such as "subscribe" and "unsubscribe" to be included in the
body of the message.   This got a little too confusing when we
started to talk about using majordomo.

We may get a few more errors on the list, but maybe this is 
shoganai.
