Partition Magic? Haven't used it myself, but I helped a colleague
install it and it seemed to be able to do what you want. Although the
IBM Boot Manager packaged with it may not support FAT32.

Mathematics? Didn't he mean to say Shakespeare and Lao Tzu? ;-)
