tlug: ApplixWare J *will* happen!

Cliff signed the agreement yesterday with Applix, and PHT will be
producing a fully Japanized version of the ApplixWare office suite for
Linux, and will be available sometime in May barring any major development
problems.  I'll try to get a copy for TLUG...
