Already gave it a try. Logged in without problems and even from the other
side of the globe, the response was fast:

   PING Statistics for tlug.pht.co.jp
   10 packets transmitted, 10 packets received, 0% packet loss
   round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 522/836/2325

>The home page is basically blank, but you can access it from

Also here, no problems accessing it.
