tlug: TPJ-JP project site

I made a first design draft for the TPJ-JP project site.

Some explanation about the page:

1) I used browser safe colors for all the tables and graphics.

2) The layout may change, because the sample is in English but the final
version is going to be Japanese.

3) I checked it in Lynx and Navigator 4.04 Linux and W95.

Im thinking about using CVS for the project management on the new TLUG
server. Has anybody experience using CVS over the net?
