20.4 is out, but priority is not so high (although colors have been
cleaned up a bit, a big deal for TTY use).

No, it's Microsoft's bad.  The relevant difference between our setups
is that I have

		(setq vm-auto-decode-mime-messages t)

in my ~/.xemacs/options.el, and you don't, I bet.

Hitting `D' twice isn't much of a contortion, but I've gotten spoiled
by VM....
