Shareware, but there really isn't a fee involved as far as I can remember.
It's included with TurboLinux - you can check out the club's copy and
install the Wingz RPM (both versions have it), or you can get it from
ftp.turbolinux.com:/pub/turbolinux/TurboLinux/RPMS.
